Just "wow". I can't even start to understand how that might work?

Somehow my tiny, aged synapses tell me an electrolyte needed to be a conducting liquid?

It is very interesting but I have learned over the years to not buy into every press release.  ;D

We seriously need a quantum leap in energy storage to emerge. Maybe "batteries" is not the way? I always fancied energy storage in a crystal matrix but thats maybe too "Star Trek" fantasy.

Time will tell.

Thanks for the share!

Tom

You might be right about calling it a battery,  I have seen the term ESS,  Energy Storage System,  being used more... seems more appropriate but it is more than just batteries...

The last line,I think mentions hope that someone will pick up the idea and run with it.... Based on his age I think he needs more than hope, he is in his ninety's..  all the power to him... pardon the pun...

Hope to see this in less than 5 years.
Maybe old mate is already dead?
