Im new in solar and has become my passe temps.
I bought a MidNite 250 Special Edition with out AUXs activated.
the MidNite have the AUX connections but it seems that in this version are not activated,
Question is, is there a way to activated ? I bought a WB jr. but not power is coming out to power on.
Then asked to seller and he confirmed that this version comes with out AUX activated, wierd even the connections are there.

The following is from the MidNite Solar website:
"DC SOLAR AUCTION!!
It has come to our attention that there will be an auction featuring a large number of MidNite Classic 250 Charge Controllers. These, As the auction notes, are not standard Classic 250s. They were custom built for an OEM with specific design requirements. In order to reduce cost of these units, many parts and features that were non-essential to their application were removed from these controllers. Because these controllers were purchased as an OEM product and have now been transferred to a third party not associated with the OEM or MidNite Solar, they do not come with any warranty from Midnite Solar.
They DO NOT have multiple MNGP slots so they can not be used in Follow me.
They DO NOT have AUX 1 or 2 terminals so they can't be used with a WBJR or any AUX functions.
They do not have ARC Fault protection.
MNGP can not be programed for Voice.
None of these features can be added back to this board.
They DO HAVE an Ethernet Port so they can be used with MM2 and the Local App.
They can be updated normally using our normal Firmware via USB
They have Ground Fault Protection
BTS input jack is functioning

SO, it looks like the answer to your question, is, "NO", there is NO way to enable the Aux functions. Seems that some of the electronic parts may have been left off of the circuit boards, etc.

I have seen some postings for those Classic 250 CP models on ebay. Some of the sellers say that Midnite won't warranty them, and some of the sellers don't. Seems like most of the sellers posting I have seen do tell all the features that are not active or capable on them.
If they have an ethernet port and modbus works - a person could use Node Red interface to do additional features or controls - see Node Red section on the Forums here.

The issue is not software, We did not stuff all the parts to make things like Aux work as DC solar had no use for them. I do find it odd it has the small terminal blocks though as we did not stuff those either. Maybe send me a couple pictures of the insides and the serial # I will look it up in our data base
