Has anyone tried the latest versions of MacOS to update the Kid? If it just needs to "recognize the Kid as a thumb drive", I'm don't understand why it wouldn't work.
Having said that, I could also fire up a raspberry pi to do the dirty work. Will that be easier?
One last thing - I have not updated firmware since 2014. Anything to beware?
