Title: MyMidnite display oddness
Post by: schroew on October 13, 2020, 11:17:10 AM
For the last month or so the mymidite site has been behaving strangely. The page will randomly display data or it won't. I can load the page on my Mac and see a different controllers than the same time display on my iPad. Just this morning two of 2/3 controllers showed up. I hit reload a few minutes later and now the data is for only one of the three and the other two seem to show that they have not reported since 7 Oct.
I am tracking the controllers now with mqtt via VPN to the remote site so I know they are doing what they are supposed to do and its not an internet connectivity problem.
It is odd given that this has worked so well since last November. Any thoughts?

There has been server side latency on the network leading to our servers in New York.

Yes it is an internet problem, but there is nothing that can be done until the root of the issue is resolved.
