I noticed on of my spd ,specifically one om my classic lite 200 lights up in the night .Is this something for concern,it is fairly bright but fainter that when power is coming form the panels.

This is normal. It only takes a few Ma current to lite the LED. You will notice at night (after dark) the Classic shows some voltage on the PV IN at something less than V-BATT. This is caused by a slight bleed-through the electronic components. The new Charge Controller "The Kid by Mario" does the same thing to the SPD...

So my 2 classics 300 SPDs also illuminate at night.

At night the classic 150 PV input line reads 15v and the classic 150-SL PV input line reads 25v.

The SPDs are either the same brightness as the 115v battery SPD on the 48v battery bank or ever so slightly dimmer.

Does this sound OK or is something else going on?
