So i got to get a good look at the classic controller at work.  eg voltage in 124+  amps 70+ reamain there for at times 20 -25 sec then it starts to sweep  dipping to zero and going back up
my question is when the amps drop to say 0  does that mean no amps to the batt  at that moment ?

yes i think so but that's not a really long interval mine is fraction of a second or not beyond a second so its negligible

you should check the mode you are using is correct or appropriate and if it is wind you may need a wind curve for it to function at its optimum also you need to take into consideration that mother nature powers are not constant it varies as time changes ,E.g Sunlight intensity, wind speeds etc.

Going to zero output momentarily should only be in SOLAR tracking mode, but it is very short.  The screens may not always capture that moment though.
