12 volt Off Grid RV/Cabin

I have a few questions now that I have my new setup up and running.
I have a stationary off grid RV that we use as a cabin.....this is my setup so far.

4 brand new T-105+'s wired for 12 volts
2 100 watt panels wired in series (adding another string soon)
Kid CC
WBjr
MNBTS
3000 watt MSW inverter (only in when large load is required)
1500 watt pure sine inverter (shut off when not in use....but have been considering running it full time wile we are there to power my alarm clock LOL)

So the first 2 questions I have are
#1 do I have to set the SOC after testing the SG of the batts or does the Kid do this every time it goes into float?
#2 being that the batts are brand new what would you recommend I set the battery efficiency too?  (I set it to what the manual recommended 93% I think)

Thanx, Chris
