From my modified version of newmodbus :-

   xbattvolts     = modbus_register(4115);
   xtargetvolts   = modbus_register(4244);

The target voltage depends on the current mode (BULK,ABSORB,FLOAT,EQ) and on the battery temperature compensation parameters of the classic.
