Using Midnite Classic to switch wind generator and another contactor

Hi, I was wondering if the Midnite classic can control both SEA-440 contactors on my drawing I have attached? I would like to get rid of the second battery bank voltage controller if I can. I have a WizBang Jr and shunt which I could leave off if I needed aux 2 to do the control of the water heating contactor.
Also, in this drawing where would you recommend the Midnite SPD'd to go?
