Grounding equipent

H, I'm wiring up my system now and just wanted to double check that I can ground the negative, casing, and battery bank negative all on a common ground. The controller is a Midnite Classic and the Inverter an Outback. I would also be grounding the ac neutral as well as the dc negative on the inverter.
