MIdnight Kid with Whiz Bang JR / Battery Monitor Required?

 The distributor I'm dealing seamed to think that I needed a battery monitor in addition to the Midnight Kid equipped with Whiz Bang JR. As far as I can tell the only advantage to the battery monitor is that it can monitor battery voltage of up to 3 separate banks however it can only do SOC for one battery bank. As far as I can tell that is what the Whiz Bang JR does?

I have the MNBCM for a quick glance  & the colour of LED it shows. The WBJr is much better at reporting the connected bank it works with.

Both units can only work on one set of batterys / bank / voltage  at one time.
Kid & WBJr to start in my eyes Sir /Ms .
