Missing Day from Offline Export

Have not seen this before and don't know if it's the Classic or the Local App. But the Classic is in Skip Mode skipping 2 days. All looks good until you get to Feb 6th the day it should have gone to Absorb and the Feb 6th data entry is missing. So what would case the whole day's entry to be missing from the log files?
