What to Buy and Where to Install

Just wanting a sanity check. I am about to purchase the SPDs and install in my system. I have 2 PV circuits each attaching to a Classic 150. So 2 Classic 150's ... one is a classic and the other a classic lite. I have 2 Trace 4024 inverters tied into a 240 system (sync cable installed). I am planning on 2 MNSPD-300-AC to install on the outputs of the inverters one for each inverter. I am planning on purchasing 2 MNSPD-300-DC one for each classic PV circuit. Each classic has 2500 watts of PV attached to it.  When installing the SPD for the Classics, should I have the SPDs on the PV combiner boxes on the mounts or in the breaker box where the main PV breaker is located which is in the garage and electrically close to the charge controllers? For the SPDs in the inverter/house circuit, should these also be installed in the main beaker box for the inverters in the garage or in the main breaker box in the house?
