H4 connect to M4

Hey all,

My solar world panels are H4 connectors.  Are these compatible with M4 connectors?  My research on-line tells me that yes they will fit into each other, but that I will need a different tool for each type and that over time differences in the metal composition may cause corrosion/heating problems.  Thank you!
