EA and follow-me

Two Classics both charging same battery bank, both have wbjr and shunt but master Classic has shunt on battery and EA absorb works well as expected. Second Classic has shunt on inverter to measure inverter current, both ways when using battery or charging battery via genny. Works well too.
So what if second Classis wants to use EA as well using current via follow-me from master Classic?
Will the second Classics wbjr/shunt and the fact that its updating its own wbjr registers prevent the follow-me EA logic from working?
