I haven't been able to access for the last two days.

Would it be possible to get some transparency on a timeline?

As many of the people who use your equipment, the remote monitoring is a critical feature. The combination of outages with out communication makes it very hard to plan / manage off grid sites. Appreciate folks are busy and there aren't enough hours in the day, but something to plan against would be very helpful...
