Download link for Local Application

Is there an alternate download link for the local application? The site says to <Click the Graphic to the Left> but there is no graphic to the left and the alternate link shown gives me a <page not found> error.

Sure! It's a bit like a maze...

I get there from the Software menu and click the link for <Local Application software> which brings me to a firmware page that shows another link for the <Local Application Software> , which brings me to yet another firmware page with a link to <Download Product Firmware Local Application software> which finally brings me here...

That's the page which refers to a graphic that is not there and has a direct download link on the side...
