So everything has been running well since we found the fault in the LVD software. After a year of the charger running flawlessly, today I found the GF DC breaker tripped. This is the  MN GFP63 doubled .5A GF breaker in the MNDC 125 mini. I searched up and down and there are no loose wires, connections or frays. Could this be the Kid? Any suggestions? I'll test for stray voltage when the sun is out and a bit warmer tomorrow.

thanks for any input,
PK

Look for something that may have gotten moist or wet or bugs , webs, etc too.
Reset it and see if it happens again.
If you are not worried about code you don't really need that GFI breaker for your system - saying just in case it keeps tripping you can take it out of the circuit to see if controller works right and until you replace or don't replace it.
