what kind of batteries are they ?  Are they all the same kind and age ?

One way to tell is to feel them and see if one is getting warmer than the other.

Currently have 4x 6v 220ah CG2 Golf Cart batteries made in the US and sold in Canada under the motomaster brand. They are currently selling a Detka CG15 model, the ones I have are a couple years older and the little bit of information I've been able to get is that the ones I have were manufactured by Exide (although the chain I bought them from refuses to disclose the manufacturer). All batteries are the same age and capacity.

Those new ones they sell are made by East Penn Deka . Are you sure that the old ones were made by Exide ?
East Penn Deka has a lot of info on their batteries online. They have solar charging specs too.

I was able to get the specs for the most recent CG15 from East Penn Deka. One of the counter employees mentioned to me he thought they used to be made by Exide but he was not 100% on that, These were a 2014 model and my efforts searching through Exide's website turned up nothing. I'm doing a full bank replacement later this summer anyways so I have given up efforts to track that down.
