Nigel, I can not get it to open....
but I don't need to see it as I have a friend, who grew up near Kamloops and is still on the ranch, that had it and finally after ~ 20 years got a 'real' diagnosis, but only because of his Reg. Nurse wife's insistence to the Med Dr's that that was what he really had...  I'd be some pissed off if it was me.. to say the least... Standard Med system belief is...  "It doesn't exist west of the Rockies, ( so we won't pay for the (expensive) blood tests needed".
