HI ;)

In my system I have 2 Classic
a 575Ah forklift battery
and 3.990 kWp modules
3.000w inverter

Actually I have a wallplug for my Renault Twizy (small EV) that is switched by my AVM FritzBox (DECT200 remote controlled)

Now I am getting really crazy, I ordered a Renault Zoe. Also EV, with bigger battery and much more comfort.
(that car is a sweet dream!)
In the summer time I so often have full charged Twizy and batteries in the basement, I am not using so much energy for the rest of the day.
And here comes the Zoe into the game.
But I only charge it with the "1 phase home wallplug cable" on 230Vac. Not very efficient, I know. But no 3 phase from inverter and not more then 3.000w possible.

I want to install a 2nd wallplug, also switched by remote, in this cases:
+ Twizy is charged (just easy to get, either past 1pm / 13:00, or polling information from OVMS or the FritzBox, or sensing the cable to the wallplug with a shunt)
+ Batteries in the basement are charged to minimum 95%, better already at 100%
+ I need a variable that tells this "thing", that there is enough energy but still not using. i.e. volts from PV modules. = wasting

Someone has an idea?

In the classic I could set an AUX to switch, when the SOC is at xx% charged.
Also I could install a time switch, in series with the AUX output, that would activate the relais, that feeds the wallplug to the Zoe
I am not sure about this "waste" function in Aux.
So again we need more AUX on the classic.... ... no news here ...

I have 1 unused AUX2 in the Classic #1 (but here I can only check voltage of the small pv module array)

AUX1 in Classic 1 is switching the big relais between grid and inverter
AUX1 in Classic 2 is switching the vent fan from the batteries
AUX2 in Classic 2 is on WBJr.

(and I also want to switch between grid and inverter, that can be done manually. For the case, Zoe has to charge over night and I dont want to use the energy from the batteries, as right they would never be able to charge the Zoe fuilly)

Have you not seen Will's project for charging his electric car ?  He has the whole Arduino based controller all documented on the forums here http://midniteftp.com/forum/index.php?topic=2511.0

Thanks ;)
It is a solution, but working with the OpenEVSE charge station?

Just have the Idea to look for a circuit, where I can set a voltage at what set point a relays will switch, so I get one AUX free for other use

You can use the Arduino and some of that code to do the same thing to switch on or off or pwm relays  just like an AUX contact would. It gives you access to the modbus so you can do what ever you want in your code.
