best charge controller for an experimental system using kites

Hi,
I am trying to find the best charge controller for an experimental system using kites.

I am prototyping a "flying" inflated ring with kites around its circumference.

So quite a few unknowns there. I heard the classic is going to have a turbine learning function soon... and the interface looks good... Is this the best recommendation for me?
