Hello folks,

Here is my current system which I just upgraded (July 2019) to a Samlex EVO-4024 along with a few extra goodies. 
Due to the configuration, there are now 2 External AC Breakers serving the Inverter: 
1, Square-D QO140 40A on the L5:30 line form the generator to Inverter
1, Square-D QO145 45A between the Inverter to the 120VAC Base Panel

I acquired a ShunBin 24V/400AH LiFePO4 battery pack which will become the main power pack in use with the FLA bank being a backup.  There have been some issues with this "Value Pack" and I am having to change the BMS because what they sent is dubious and too limited.  I've chosen to use a Chargery BMS8T http://chargery.com/BMS8T.asp  which not only accommodates my electrical needs I also provides for active monitoring via it's control and to a PC via an RS3232 Interface (that will go into my RasPi / Node-Red project)

A Close look at the Logical Diagram will show the different components and information related to it.
*  Not Shown, the powerhouse floor, it has 3/4" thick Horse Stall Rubber matt covering the entire floor.  Can never be too safe ! LOL.

The Zephyr Fan used is a 24VDC model and as such runs from Battery Power (from the DC Panel) and uses the Midnite Classic 200's AUX1 using 12V to trigger a 24VDC Relay with JP6 and JP8 configured for that (see manual).

Wiring the Relay to power Zephyr Vent Fan:

I used a Type-A relay, shown in attachments below.
   PIN 30:  Fused (1 amp) 24VDC from Battery
   PIN 85:  Negative from AUX-1
   PIN 86:  Positive from AUX-1
   PIN 87: Positive out to Fan (device)
   PIN 87a:  not used.  Type-B relay does not have an 87a.
* Negative direct from DC Panel (-) Bus to Fan (device)

IN all Fairness,  PURE Virgo, Type-A Personality, Ex-Military and Retired from Information Technology Engineering (hardware & software). & Neatness + Documentation counts LMAO...   When I kick the bucket, someone else is going to have to know what all this is.
