Thanks Vic again. MNPV6-250 Disco
I found the MNPV6-250 disconnect box which would give me 2 300v breakers for each set of 4 panels. The 3rd breaker would be used to connect the neutral wire to. The disconnect handle would de-energize all conductors at the same time (and of course a much more expensive box).
There are a few 72 cell panels that have good wind ratings, most do not. My coldest temp in south Louisiana would not be less than 28 degsF. I think 72 would work, but would have to use 6 panels instead of 8. Growth beyond this would not be in the cards, so would like as many watts as possible. Best wattage would be obtained by using 8 approx. 315w panels in my allowed space.

Hi Drew,

OK,   but,   regarding using 72 cell PVs,   six total,   would this be two strings of  three,   and a 150 V MNPV6 Disco Combiner,  with 48 V ?

Three strings of two of two 72 cell PVs would probably not have a high enough Vin for a Classic with FLAs at 48 V.

Just wondering,   Thanks, Vic
