24 v (12v x2) Lithium battery and Bart 30 amp.

Will the 30 amp Bart work with the lithium batteries. Any wiring special needs.
I have 2000 to 4000 inverter. A 24v DC reducer to 12v. I am also interested in where I should place circuit
Breakers.
I working a drawing and will add to this post tomorrow 3/24/20.
