Hi, installing an MNDISCOPSB into my MNSOB3R disco box. It shows being connected to PV+ and PV-. Does it matter if it is connected on the switched side, or the unswitched side (before or after the shutoff switch)?
Thanks,
Bear

It is just charging the capacitor anyway... I was just wondering if it used being powered after the switch as part of its confirmation the circuit had been broken.

The power for remote disconnect should be taken off of the NON battery side.

This is so that the trip coil is de-energized after the breaker opens.
