It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Kyle McCollum. Kyle suddenly passed away on Tuesday, Sept 28th. He had been a valued member of our customer service team here at MidNite. Kyle was Tech Support’s point-person dealing with MM2 server issues, caller’s own computer issues and firmware updates. He knew how to fix all the IT-related issues. Kyle had a calm and soothing voice when helping callers. This was in his nature from the 15+ years of working customer service across different industries. Kyle was loved by all his coworkers and will be greatly missed.

Kyle's long time Girlfriend Ellen will have a hard road ahead and has set up a Go Fund Me to assist her in all of the expense's she will incur.

I got to talk to Kyle a time or two.  He was rememberable as a very helpful nice person.  Gone too soon.  May he rest in peace.  Condolences to all.
