Local App keeps saying 12v on a 48v system. Set dips and correct CL

I already tried that. I called tech support and they said to ship it. I just got back from sending it off.

I got it back and installed it yesterday and sat there and watched it till almost sundown. I wasn't quite sure what was wrong with it, other than too old. They replaced just about everything on it, including the main board. About $300 in parts, they said. They charged me $100 for repairs and shipping. I initially had trouble getting the local app to connect. It kept saying it was looking for 10.10.10.16. I set my router to 10.10.10.1 with a range of 2-20 and was able to get to the menu to set the ip address to work on my network. Todd in tech support was really helpful.
