Missed update for loggin

I was wondering if my internet was offline for a full day, when the internet returned would the MM2 receive all updates from the missed intervals to populate the graph or is this info lost forever?

So i shut the internet at camp while I was away to not waste battery power. Upon my return I turned everything back on and MM2 did not update the lost time that the internet was turned off. It would of been awesome if it worked this way and kept a memory for a few days as to send all missed updates when the internet returned.

My next option I was thinking is to get a cellular router with SIM slot so I can subscribe to a cheap cell plan with small amount of data, maybe like 500MB just to have the updates sent to MM2.

Does anyone know how much data is sent from the classic and how often?
Any one have experience with using cellular device for the classic?
