Local App update 8-2-13 Version 0.3.25

Andrew has released a new version of the Local App today that does the following:

*Adds a "Remove" button so you can delete the failed IP's from the minimize menu
*Removed the F (US Imperial) setting. This was because the Classic is in C and the logs are in C so it was confusing so the Classic needs to do C or F not the app.
*Fixed the reporting of the Device ID bug
*Got rid of the "Error 2002" bug

He also thinks he has crushed the Power Scale bug and will likely make another release today.
