3 classic 250 cp and only 1 charging.

So I have 3 classic 250 cp and only one shows that it is charging with some power. I.e. 10 kwh vs 1.2 kwh on the others. I am wondering what should I have the systems set to so this is not a problem in the future as my batteries are charging with a generator currently.

So I have the system as follows.
30 talesun tp660p-270 watt panels.
In groups of 5.
2 groups per charger.
3 classic 250 cp
2 flooded 48v x 510 ah forklift batteries
1 sunny island 6048 inverter.

What should I be setting my chargers at so they dont keep shutting each other down as they do.

Was the one charge controller in Absorb most of the time ?

If it was in MPPT mode, then maybe the other one think that its battery voltage reading is a bit higher than
it really is for some reason.

What is the battery voltage and PV input voltage and charging mode (both controllers) when you see this happening ?
