As the topic says I have installed my first 2 new KIDs ever in sync mode and attached the Whiz Bang Jr and shunt. Now I set the master KID end amps to 5.6A and specified the KID to use the WBJR as the shunt. So the batteries reached the 5.6A didn't go into float instead it entered Resting. The slave KID continues in absorb in the absorb stage. Maybe half an hour has passed and no change. Master = Resting, Slave = Absorb.
So Doing some research I just found this text on page 30 of the manual:
"When End Amps are set, this function will act as a secondary termination to the absorb timer"
What does that mean and how do I make it so when the Whiz Bang Jr end amps reaches it's setting it causes the master and slave to go to float.
UPDATE: I set it to 0 minutes so that it skips the timer check and goes straight to the End Amps check with the Whiz Bang Jr set as the shunt.
First make sure both Kids have the most recent firmware updates.

Links are the same.
Thanks for posting finalman, nearly a year to the day I finally got my kids installed and synced up { or so I thought} then had the same issue. Factory restore and reloaded the parameters and they're back up and running.
Cheers,
Ben.
