New use for DC inverters no tech involved

Now this will sound crazy.
Made a double batch of pizza base dough and needed to wrap and let it rise.
Wrapped her up in gladwrap and let it rest and rise on top of my latronics 24 volt inverter!
Worked a treat, just warm enough without being too warm.
Waste not want not! :o ::) ;D
Standalone. 20 Hyundai x 220 watts panels, 2 x classic 150's, Latronics 24 volt 3kw inverter, Whiz bang Jnr, 12 Rolls surrete  4KS 25P  batteries and WBJ.
Grid tie feed-in, 12.5 kw in 3 arrays generating 50 kws per day average. Solar river grid tie inverters

Cool, an inverter and proofing oven all in one!

Gotta love gear with multitasking built right in.

Do NOT mistake me for any kind of "expert".

Yeah, it is built like me, old and chunky with a large flat surface! :o ;D
But very handy.

I use a solar oven to laminate my homemade solar panels along with my crock-pot meals.

Solar power appears to have broader applications than at first appearance.

Nope, It sounds like ground round or maybe ground  T-bone...

that would spread easier than chunky... ::)  ;)

Mate I triple raised that dough and the bases were superb!
Crunchy and then fall apart in your mouth.
Guna use it all the time.
Ur, ground flour or that is not the question? ;D
