Will something like this work on the Classic? I'm not real clear on the minimum setup for power I can use to gain access to the Classic with the local. I just today got the unit and solar up and running. Now looking to check and make changes witht eh LocalApp but am not entirely clear. For some odd reason I already thought the Classic had wifi built in. My Bad. Thanks for the support and looking forward to more detail. Cheers....
Hello Dvkall, Welcome to the Forum.
Here is a Link to a MN Video on getting a Classic onto your Network -- We usually use a Wireless Bridge, which works great:

Good Luck, Vic
Thanks,
Now I just need to find a sweet little 12v hotspot. Cheers...
You can get older model Linksys WRT54g routers pretty inexpensively or free , and then flash them with DDWRT firmware which will let you turn them into client bridge or other options too. I have seen them for sale on ebay already flashed with DDWRT .

You just need to make sure of the versions of the router you get - same model may have 8 versions and not all of them can be flashed ( most can though ) . Also some other routers can also be flashed with DDWRT - look it up and you will find info.
The Linksys mentioned above run on 12v . But you can also get inexpensive small buck converters on ebay for couple dollars that will convert voltage down to 12v . https://www.ebay.com/itm/LM2596-DC-DC-Adjustable-Buck-Converter-Step-Down-Module-Power-Supply-1-23V-30V/272420115364?hash=item3f6d8113a4:g:iIMAAOSwqu9VHR9Z
