Back working again. Strange...... :)

Maybe the site is not pingable as it still doesn't ping.

IIRC Andrew has said that the security configuration doesnt allow Pinging...

Not working most of the day, but may be the Wi-Fi link I am using as it is having issues with other pages currently.

John, what about VT's '  can antenna ' signal concentrater...??  makes sense...

I'm using a high powered Captain Wi-Fi external antenna by Radio Labs. My antenna is mounted 8 ft above my roof canopy. The lake is still down 45 ft and the home is surrounded by tree. And I am about a 1/2 mile from his home and not directly in line with it. I get a 50dbm signal with 70% quality. So not too bad for what I am dealing with. He is nice enough to leave me access to his router by guest port access.
