After 4+ years of tracking, My MidNite stopped showing data for my Classic a day and a half ago.
I can still connect to my classic over the Internet with Local Status, ClassicStatus, or the Classic Monitor app, so I know the Internet connection is good.
I also have my Classic configured for the midnight reboot, and was hoping a reset would clear the issue, but it didn't. Still no data showing up.
I've also done the 'multiple refresh' on the My Midnite site, thinking it was that data retrieval problem many of us have reported, where missing data suddenly shows up after a couple of site refreshes. Tried a dozen refreshes, every time the last day and a half of data is still missing.
Any thoughts? Thanks!
I have the same problem and tried the same things to get it working, no go.
Just checked with Engineering, It is confirmed Andrew broke it while fixing something and he is working on repairing it
DRAT.... there goes that idea, the SITE is NOT communicating!!! >:( :( :( :o
must have been one of the fortunate ones as it was there 2 days ago, and maybe yesterday too...??
"Official" reason for the problem ?.... LOL
"Looks like the main data warehouse got corrupted while I was trying to get Dave setup. Failure fell through my warning scripts. Trying to repair it now failing that I will have to restore from a backup.

Thanks for letting us know what happened, and thanks for working to repair it.
Noon on the west Coast, Still FUBARed...
Seems things are still down...any idea on when they will be fixed? Note: the work being done is appreciated...it’s just tough to keep track of what is happening for those remote locations like Puerto Rico. 😎
Any updates?
Nada... don't even get to the gate.... Must really be buggered up royally!
Question - does anyone at Midnite possibly need help getting this back online? Happy to offer up my technical assistance as a Cloud Architect and DevOps Engineer. Just reach out if you do.
Also, here is a perfect opportunity to modify the firmware to allow (advanced) users to modify the destination IP/hostname and post out to our own endpoints. This has been offline for over a week now and some of us that do remote monitoring via internet connections that we cannot port forward are now dead in the water.

We are continuing to work on the problem thanks for keeping us informed.
