I have been getting an"unable to contact the server" error message today plus a lot of the spinning 50% wheel....
as opposed to the usual 'NO Data Available' message...
Is the server down?
+1
Its working for me.
grrrrr.... I just time sync. again- settings are as should. strange..
What type of connection do you have to the Net? If it is via satteltie, you may be knackered, as there are some Ipv4 vs Ipv6 issues to resolve... N o apparent fix yet
Hi, :) I have dsl-24mbps actual...17 lynksys router. I'm still trying to connect but is still showing me daisy wheel 0% can't connect to server. >:( thanks for helping. any other thoughts?
Contact your ISP and ask if they do IPV4 to IPV6 for transmission and then back to V4 when your packets arrives... have you used WireShark before? if so you can 'sniff' your packets along the route to MM2.... I get rejected 'at the gate' now where when I started I got one god handshake and THEN the rejection upon the follow up packet...
First off I would like to thank you for your time! You are being very helpful :) I just spoke with my internet friend-he said yes to the first part- he has wireshark and will come and try it for me. From what I remember, it initially sent one data pack also like you formentioned, after that started the 0% and cannot connect to server. ::) I hope you understand my explaining. thanks again, George
understand your explanation? Only TOO well, been trying different stuff for > 6 months now. I was looking at the possible setting in my router an ASUS RT N_10P and there looks like there is some playing one could do ...if you know what these options will actually do, one sounded like it might stop the conversion to IPV6, .... when I am ready for another headache, that is, a BIG one...
I have my tech savvy friend following this thread.-so I guess I am not the only one having this problem? Could anyone else shine some light on this? P.s. help
George
I assume you have closely read the other threads in this section like:

Yes I've been poking around. What I'm trying to figure out is there a mymidnite3?
I wrote it out un one of the posts.... short ver. ... MM1 up,.... later Beta2 called MM3, them prod. Ver was called MM2., no more MM3
O.k. got it. So mm2 is is correct that I am registered in-right? Are you and me the only ones having this problem?
By the way-I've been meaning to ask, is it possible to remotely use the local app.or Graham's without a static ip?
Sorry if I'm dragging. -I'm just enjoying speaking with people with the same interests.
George
Graham just posted how to use his Android App in that thread in the last few days.
No we are not alone, look for a thread on Hughes Net...

Yes, I have it on my Tab... my only issue is the screen is too small for my aging eyes ... no drops like the MN L App either... the new addition, the Live Chart is superb! I watch it for progression into Absorb and , when the sun is out, the taper into float... almost got it yesterday. I'll post what I got later from the tab...
Don't seen to have that capture, touch screens and my hands don't work well.... here is one from last week
Update: Just did a quick check on a few settings classic crazy told me - still says cannot connect to server....ect ect.
Grrrr,
George
Hey Westbranch,
Did u get yours up+running yet?
George
Negative. Too much on the go to dig into this ... loaded latest version of Grahams App and no funny stuff so far. I am convinced it is the latency... last night everything was sloooooow on my Android Tab but normal on my laptop... normal speed that is...
Did you try asking the guys at midnite?
George
You bet, we are both stymied
So what's your next plan of attack?
