Ive always found that the dos box takes a minute after it says 100% to get 'sucessfuallt updated', then another minute or so to close teh dos box. Not sure what the coder had in mind there, but if i wait for both, it always completes.

QuoteThe 100% updated and update success messages does not mean the update is completed..

I'd call that a bug

Yes I would sorta agree with that but this has been a long-time feature of the Classic firmware updating process. At least once this feature is recognised then there are no issues

Well I did a system upgrade and an update over the last few days, after I wired up Cl 647 to the Epanel and added a WBjr...  Having that Epanel with separate CBs for turning off the PV input and disconnecting the battery was a sheer joy vs physically removing the cables,   click, click...,  as for the update on a W7 EeePc I found I had to repeat some of the steps, and yes I did them in order as per instructions, but there appears to be a 'bug' in my W7 install, that is all I can think of...

But having been through the previous horror story, this time was a relative breeze...

Love the WBjr data output and data monitoring and logging features ;D ...
