Problems Registering

I've tried registering on Midnite Solar a couple times with no success.  "I get the error: The values you have entered are not a valid MAC/Device ID combination"

The values I'm using are from the MNGP, MAC Address is formatted xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx and Device ID xxxx xxxx. 

Let me know what I might be missing, thanks!

Email me the Mac address and the Device ID and I will look into it on the server side.
