MidNite Classic 200 periodically (default to every 10 seconds) broadcast (255.255.255.255) its own IP address on the network.

Is there away to change this broadcast rate ? or to disable it totally ?

Maybe... Go to the NET menu and then 2 more menus into the NET menu and try disabling "Web Access" and see
if that stops the broadcast.
