Title: Trace c40 pwm cc

Might there be someone out there who could tell me if you could take a trace c40  cc and put it on a 24 volt battery bank so it would keep up a 12 volt battery.

No, won't work.  I know someone who did they and the C40 smoked.
Morningstar MPPT-15 can do this, they list this as one of its applications.
