So I put my home brew turbine up but screwed up the power curve. I had the curve real flat so the amperage in the stator was pretty high. Then we got 80MPH wind. Right before it blew up we saw 4300 watts ;D

Well at least the bearing stood up to those hi winds and rotor speed (RPM) ;) ::)

You are really having more fun than is legal there!

I thought your job was destroying controllers not turbines?

Well I was suffering a smoke deficiency.

Actually it was quite fun to watch once you got past the "its toast" part. Smoke, Fire and all spewing for a good 10 minutes. I cant believe I wasnt smart enough to grab the cell and video it...
