I think I've asked this before, but now I have one I can get to if I need to. How do I enable the update options of the local app? I entered the serial number and nothing happened.
I believe you just enter the number and not the CL. Is that what you are doing one the CONFIG basic screen?
be sure to click the little blue?? "enter" arrow to the right of the spot you enter the serial number so it gets saved.
Just the number, not the "CL" as Resthome noted.

I have this problem with both of my Classic 150's. Maybe I'm not finding the right number. There is no CL in front of it. Am I not looking at the right label? A picture of the label with the number would be nice...
Ok, silly me. Looked over the "in progress" documentation at the pictures of the labels. I see what I've been doing wrong.
Will try again this weekend.
The serial number is on the left side of the Classic ( your right ) and it has a barcode also.
It can also be found on the box on the same barcode label as well as by pushing status 6 times it will be on that screen in the bottom right corner.
