Local App Store stuck on Live Data Loading and will not draw the graphs. Reinstalled LA, reboot Classic nothing seems to help. Any ideas? It had been fine for a week.
The interesting thing is I can still click on Export and get the hourly data file to download. So it is something that will not allow the graphs to display. BTW this I Win8.1 and Offline data load and displays. Unfortunately we are headed home after 11 days so will probably have to wait until then to see if it can be resolved.
Also do not see the previous day's with data highlighted on the calendar. Wonder where this data is being saved or if it is loaded every time from the Classic. This is an replacement Classis just installed 10 days ago.
The data is stored locally on your PC. Unfortunately it looks like the data file has been corrupted. You may try moving or deleting the local database to restore the charting. If you open a windows FILE explorer and type in
%appdata% in the address bar it should take you to the local store.
Navigate to com.midnitesolar.LocalStatusPanel/Local Store
There you will see a bunch of cryptically numbered directories. By moving, renaming, or deleting these directories and restarting the Local App you should get the graphing back.
Unfortunately this does mean that you lose all previous data in the graph, so if you are still able to export from the Local App, do so before attempting to delete the directories.
Sorry for the troubles.

Thanks Andrew. I was able to delete the data from the one day the problem started and the graphs are now back and working with all the data other than the one day's worth on Saturday.
Great! I'm sorry for the bother John.
