Title: Calculating Temperature Compensation Voltage offset for the Classic 150
Post by: gkerlin on January 27, 2016, 04:48:31 PM
I've done the calcs but want to make sure I've got them correct.

My lifeline AGMs show an absorb voltage of 14.3 at 25ËšC and 15.1 at 0ËšC for a 12v battery

So that is .8v for a 25ËšC spread or .032v per degree C

Divide that by 6 cells yields .0053333v

So..  in the temp compensation screen I have entered -5 mv/ËšC/Cell

Sound correct?
