Title: Solid red LED fault this AM...
Post by: Jacotenente on April 11, 2016, 08:54:02 AM
Solid red LED fault indication. Trying to figure it out, and how to reset. Classic seems to be working. I shut all three Classic's down cold last night for the storms...and, turned everything back on this AM. This Classic came up with this red LED fault, the other two are fine. Any ideas? How do I reset? Thanks.

Have you tried turning off the pv and battery breakers (and left off for >15secs)?  If so, maybe check wiring as I think the solid red is an arc fault detected.

That top red led is a communication indicator.

I have had that also .
Try to do a re-power up  as you did to bring it back online.
I had to do mine twice because I started turning the breakers on to quick.

And as Resthome posted

It cleared up. I went into the screens and switched to "Rick" mode and then back to standard mode. Cleared the fault. This error may be tied to my other issue with running three Classics with mismatched FW.

If they are connected via follow me , that could be a problem . just using the same bank of battery's I can't see it.
