Kind of opposite to todays' Hi V and low Amps way of making panels..
Never seen anything like this.....4 strings in one panel???
Mobil oil Nuff said

Local guy wants to do a grid tie 10 kW system with these
Dave
what kind of GT inverter would he use?
I have no idea.....
I like off-grid
Dave
Does he have 50-60 of them?
Use them as roof shingles!
Seriously they look similar to the early solarex panels we had in this country 30 years ago.
Are you able to reconfigure the connections on the back and multiply the voltage by four and reduce the amps to a quarter?
Without the genie smoke!?
It does look like that there are 4 strings in the panel. I have not seen them. ML Solar in San Jose has a bunch of them.....much cheaper by the pallet. Maybe les than $40.00 panel by pallet 32panels
I passed on them. Everything I have is 72 cell except my thin film CdTe panels

They buy out manufacturers overruns and such. I have dealt with them

There are panel bargains out there to be had.
I picked up 8 x 45.2 (approx) volt OC panels for a mate out of brisbane for $600 the lot. Made in china, but as new and no damage. They will be good for his 24 volt standalone system build.
