Anyone have any experience with the lead carbon batteries.
Supposed to have increased cycle life, lower discharge capabilities, cheaper than lithium and easier to maintain than FLA's!
From what i can see Narada (think it is spelt right) are one of the few manufacturers.
I've heard good words about the Trojan line from someone. No experience myself.

They get a good write up. Trojan L16 re-C from memory.
Cheaper than nickel iron as well. I will see what the local supplier wants for the trojan carbon batteries.
Just started using my Trojan REs last year so not much to report yet.
I have always loved Trojan lead batts. They sure do handle abuse.
Hey guys, any updates on your experiences with the lead carbon batteries?
Ok, the trojans are L16 RE's and there are carbo added models. 15% plus made cycles are a far superior life service with proper treatment.
Not available at my local dealer as yet, but I would imagine they are over here and if would be readily available in the states.
If I was buying new batteries I would be going for these trojans.
A company called Narada (hope I got that right) make and sell carbon batteries here in australia, maybe the batteries are made in china?
Same deal, much longer life and increased number of expected cycles.
Giant Power are producing and selling lead carbon batteries through AussieBatteries in Australia.
Very expensive cells. To purchase a similar bank in those with close capacity to the rolls I picked up would cost over $60,000 au!
Well out of my impoverish price range!
