Supply a bit more info on the brand/type and specs of your batteries!

Float voltage is listed as 13.6 - 13.8 volts  (so 27.2 - 27.6 volts for your system)
But the rest is rather blank.
Have you contacted the manufacturers in china?
Perhaps some kind soul who runs gel batteries can give you the voltages for absorb and bulk from their battery specs.
You will still need to check with your manufacturer.
