Have a bad cell which I jumpered. 23 cells at 2V instead of 24 Deka flooded lead acid forklift battery
My inverter can handle the slightly low voltage fine
Question: Should I reprogram the classics to charge 2 volts lower?
I expect to have a new cell in a week or two and be back to normal.
IIRC the charge rate is stated as X volts per (2v) Cell....

Well I don't see any problem with adjusting the classic , but what about the mag inverters cutting out on LVD ?
VT
Last nite the Magnum held up perfectly all nite and was down to 80% battery in the AM. So the jumpered cell fixed the drop outs we had been experiencing.
The LVCO is programmable- no sweat there....

How do you jump the cell? It would be useful to know. Never mind, I see you battery is forklift B.
